  • More About the Vendor:

Who better to perform your same sex wedding than an officiant who is part of the LGBTQ community? This is the foundation of NOLA Ceremonies.

NOLA Ceremonies was created after planning our own same sex wedding a few years ago. We wanted a special ceremony on our special day, and did not want judgment. It was personal. Our officiant was gay friendly, but I would have preferred dealing with someone in the LGBTQ community.

We are delighted that same sex marriage is now recognized in all 50 states, thanks to the Marriage Equality Act. NOLA Ceremonies has performed dozens of same sex weddings, and are proud to provide LGBTQ couples with a personalized ceremony, reflecting the beliefs and tastes of the couple.

To get started, we will ask several questions so we have an idea of the vision each couple has for their wedding day. We will then work up a sample script for the couple to review. From here, we can make changes until your ceremony reflects the beliefs and tastes of the individual couple. We want to make your wedding day special!

NOLA Ceremonies offers affordable prices and dependable service. We offer a variety of unique ceremonies including hand fasting, spiritual, secular, non-denominational and will work with you to produce the service you envision. From a casual ceremony to a formal white wedding, whether private or a large group, we are ready to help. Our process is simple and easy; we do not want our couples to be stressed out. Short notice is no problem.

After the wedding, we will deliver your completed marriage license to the courthouse to be filed, and the clerk will mail your certified copy to you, so you can change your name(s) and/or apply for benefits together.

Please feel free to contact us with questions or concerns you may have regarding your very special day!
