Gay Owned Wedding Event Location, Tilghman Island, Maryland - Black Walnut Point Inn Gay Owned: Gay Wedding Event Location in Tilghman Island, MD, USA

Welcome to Black Walnut Point Inn on Maryland's Tilghman Island, a private estate at the end of a fifty eight acre bird sanctuary. Our property is one of three gay owned and operated businesses on Tilghman Island

Our Tilghman Island B&B offers the seclusion and charm of the 1840's - offering one of the most unique wedding venues on the eastern shore. We're located just two hours from Washington, DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia. It's hard to believe the peace and quiet provided by our beautiful gardens and lawns surrounded on three sides by nine miles of water. There are nesting eagles, otters and schooling fish all around us.

Wedding possibilities are virtually endless!

Black Walnut Point Inn can also offer a wide range of caterers, florists, and rental companies to fit any size event and budget. How about sailing at sunset? Or a crab feast on the back porch, maybe a bonfire, or even fireworks? You can also rent the Inn for the entire weekend for a more relaxing schedule.

Most of our weddings include relaxation time for your guests to enjoy the pool, hot tub, hammocks or a paddle in the back cove.

Tilghman Island offers a wonderful sanctuary. Our gate is at the end of the half-mile drive to the tip of the point, so your privacy is paramount. Once your guests have arrived , your wedding will be hidden away from the rest of the world. Only the sunrise over the Choptank River, sunset over the Chesapeake Bay and a night sky full of stars surround you as you say your vows to one another.

Just email us for more info, or visit our facebook page for photos.

Tracy and I are happy to help you plan your perfect wedding day together, and with our other gay business associates here on the island, we can provide all the services you require.

From performing your ceremony to cutting your cake, Tilghman Island and Black Walnut Point Inn are the perfect venue for gay weddings on the eastern shore.
