Two high school students in Alabama have started a petition to push the Alabama legislature to repeal an anti-gay bill. Pink News reports:

USA: Gay Activists to Demand Marriage Licenses in Seven Southern States

As part of a planned action by the Campaign for Southern Equality (CSE) yesterday, five lesbian couples applied for marriage licenses in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
The state of Mississippi passed a constitutional ban on gay marriage in 2004.
