Old Point Reyes Schoolhouse is the perfect location on the California Coast for weddings - rent the family building and lawn for your ceremony. Our family building has a lovely fireplace, lounge chairs, serving table and powder room where you can get ready for your ceremony. The lawn can accommodate seventy two seated guests. After the ceremony, adjourn to the gathering patio for your reception following your ceremony.

Up to sixty people can be accommodated on the patio, with seating and dining tables. We also have an outdoor kitchen and barn room, where you or your caterer can prepare for the reception - with two gas grills, a plating table, food storage, and a full refrigerator/freezer. There's also a double sink counter.

We work with local caterers and florists, too!

The patio is also ideal for casual gatherings of friends and family who want to cook for each other.

You can also rent the Schoolhouse Conference Building independently for day use. Rates vary according to the number of people and the use. There's a large fireplace, luxurious wool rugs, comfortable easy chairs and a couch - great for workshops, retreats and seminars. The building has its own powder room and a storage area for staging meals, as well as coffee and tea service. We can also provide folding chairs and meeting tables.

The interior is bright and sunny, with lots of windows and French doors overlooking the gardens and landscape beyond. We can also provide wireless internet access and a slide projector and screen, if needed.
