Welcome to Belize's beautiful Mariposa Jungle Lodge, a boutique eco-resort nestled under dense jungle canopy, perfect as a romantic honeymoon getaway for you and your partner. Our Belize accommodations offer six thatch-roof luxury cabanas, mosquito-netted canopy beds, screened porches with hammocks, and many amenities.

In our main Lodge, you'll enjoy fine Belizean cuisine, free wireless internet access, Hummingbird Haven (a screened-in-room with jungle view perfect for that special romantic dinner), and a full bar and lounge with an eclectic collection of books, art and games.

We also have a Swimming pool, palapa bar, birdwatch tower and nature trail onsite.

The Mariposa Jungle Lodge is close to Maya archaeological sites, waterfalls, and caves - perfect for jungle adventures by day and comfortable lodging by night. Sites include the unique Cayo destinations, including the great Maya site at Caracol and unique Actun Tunichil Muknal. Nearby activities can also include Jungle Horseback Riding, River Tubing, Ziplining, Cave Explorations and Jungle Hiking at all levels of challenge.

Each of our six luxury cabanas os beautifully decorated with furniture made on-site using Belizean hardwoods. Each guest room includes a large, modern bathroom, private screened-in-porch with hammock and clam chairs, mosquito-netted canopy beds, Egyptian cotton linens, and your choice of hypo-allergenic pillows.

Belize's Mariposa Jungle Lodge also has a Birdwatch Tower, which you can reserve for private sunbathing or stargazing. Outdoor lovers can enjoy a private overnight on the Tower for an amazing opportunity to blend romance and Belize's natural beauty.
