Reverend Pamela has a Master's in Nursing Education from Indiana’s Ball State University, and has been an RN for more than twenty five years. Reverend Pamela worked at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana over twenty years. She moved to Arizona in 2001, and has provided dialysis on the Apache Reservation in San Carlos, Arizona. She also works as a Nurse Education Specialist at the Banner Desert Medical Center.

Reverend Pamela currently manages the Medical/Surgical and Intensive Care Units at Cobre Valley Community Hospital in Globe, Arizona.

She is a Licensed Interfaith Minister, and was ordained by Reverend Paula Webb from Universal Brotherhood, Inc. She is also a practicing Shamana. Reverend Pamela attended a Shamanic Apprenticeship Program in Michigan taught by John Perkins, and visited Ecuador to learn from the Shamans in the Amazon and the Andes Mountains. She later went back to the Andes to and receive intensive Shamanic Training in 2003, and was then initiated as a Shamana.

Reverend Pamela respects traditional rites, and uses her Spirit Name, Aletha Ariana when performing shamanic ceremonies. Aletha means truthful one, and Ariana means a beautiful melody.
