The flavor of any faith - Christian, Jewish, Wiccan, or whatever else it may be - can be integrated into your ritual. Do you consider yourselves spiritual, but have no current ties to any specific faith? I can help you create a ceremony filled with sacred feeling. And if you come from two different faiths or cultural backgrounds, all the more fun, as we select and blend elements from the many resources I have available. Family and friends can always be included in your ceremony, too. Before my ordination and celebrant training, I worked as a professional writer and editor. This has been very useful in preparing me to write and edit ceremony drafts. Each celebrant ceremony is written fresh - just for you as a unique couple. There are no cookie-cutter ceremonies! You tell me your story and share your images of what you want your wedding to be, and we'll work on the script together - you will have the final say on every word before I officiate at your wedding. After the wedding, I'll send you a lovely keepsake copy of the ceremony script to bring back your fondest memories of this once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Connecticut was one of the first states to legalize same-sex marriages. It's also a beautiful state, with wonderful parks, ocean (Long Island Sound) beaches, and quaint New England charm.
