Our Wedding Story:
Nic and I met while through a mutual friend. We spent our first day together - just the two of us - and have been together since. We both knew that we had finally met THE ONE. We had talked about planning a wedding, but haven't had the time - we started a business together.
Nic called me on Feb. 13th after she heard about the weddings in SF & asked me if I'd like to get married tomorrw. I said, "hell yeah!" and then quickly got off the phone because I had a wedding to plan.
The wedding day was beautiful. We were treated wonderfuly by the staff at SF City Hall & met great people in line with us. Our ceremoney was also filmed by the news crew at KRON Chanel 4. So some of my family was able to see our wedding.
We are dealing with the wait for legitimacy by being involved in what ever events we can to raise awairness & talking to conservative people we run into about our marriage. We're hoping for a positive outcome and are very happy to have been a part of history.
